射频卡由IC芯片、感应天线组成,封装在PVC卡片内,将射频卡和IC卡技术结合起来,解决了无源和免接触式的难题。这类卡和IC卡设备无电路接触,而是通过非接触的读写技术进行读写。其它内嵌芯片除了CPU、逻辑单元、存储单元外,增加了射频收发电路。
